Its hard to imagine a note that could look much nicer than this beauty! This series was overlooked due to the popularity of the 1963 series $1 feds. Those were well collected by district but these $10s were a lot of face value (remember how much gas you could by for $10?) in 1963! This Chicago note is absolutely superb and will please any collector.

STAR NOTE, D00064144*. A simply wonderful star loaded with superb eye appeal. Darkly inked on blast white paper, it has good margins and a deep green overprint. The Long Beach sale has a 65 estimated at $3500-4500. This one looks just about as nice as all we see are 2 corner folds, one of them very minor indeed. The EPQ attests to its originality that is clearly seen thru the holder. Save some real $$$s on this beauty!
